The GEL relies on a biopolymer matrix, filled with a unique blend of fructose and glucose which enables uptakes of up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour. The gels are built by harnessing natural hydrogel technology and made with natural ingredients. They don't contain any colorants or preservatives and come in 40g servings. Each serving contains 25 grams of carbohydrates. Caffeine gels have an additional 100mg of caffeine per serving.
